15 days for refund

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for change of size / color, or coupon within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

How to return?

To request a return authorization it is necessary to send an email to resi@bimbivip.com with all the details and codes of the items that have been unsuccessful or to be returned.
The return shipment made with the courier will be charged to the customer
The return shipment must take place within 15 days from receipt of the order.

Returns must be sent preferably inside the box / envelope BIMBIVIP.COM.

Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothing covers etc.) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
Products must be returned in original packaging with the original accessories, components and illustrative materials. They will also have to be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received
